A.Paper Feeding Unit
The robust workbench (100mm square welded steel, 3mm surface thickness) adopts a 6-inch chain drive system, enabling smooth and reliable paper conveyance.
B.Printing Section
1.Components: Φ470mm hard-chrome-plated printing roller (balance-corrected for smooth running), adjustable paper feed rollers (0-12mm gap), optional-mesh anilox roller (180-260 mesh), and 60-65 degree rubber roller (optimized ink transfer).
2.Functional details: 360° computer-controlled printing phase adjustment (operable in running/stopped state), pneumatic diaphragm pump (consistent ink supply), ink filter (impurity removal), cylinder-type brake (phase fixing), and mechanical oil pump (circulating lubrication).
C.Slotting Section
1.Key configurations: New wire pressing wheel (protects cardboard plasticity), Φ280 base knife (synchronized axial adjustment for slotting knives), and digital-display planetary gear mechanism (electric slotting phase control).
2.Durable parts: 7mm alloy steel slotting cutters, Φ110/Φ156 hard-chrome-plated seamless steel rollers (for pressing lines/knife shafts), plus multi-point adjustment buttons on the operation panel.
Relational Production
This semi-automatic two-color printing machine is mainly for two-color overprinting of cartons and paperboards, featuring easy operation and debugging, stable printing precision, suitable for small and medium batch packaging production, and can be flexibly matched with subsequent processes such as slotting and die-cutting.
