A.Paper Feeding Unit
The workbench is built from 100mm square welded steel (3mm-thick surface), paired with a 6-inch chain-driven system to ensure stable paper conveyance.
B.Printing Section
1.Key components: Φ470mm hard-chrome-plated printing roller (balance-corrected), adjustable-gap paper feed rollers (0-12mm range), optional-mesh anilox roller (180-260 mesh), and 60-65 Shore A rubber roller (for uniform ink transfer).
2.Control & auxiliaries: 360° computer-controlled printing phase adjustment, pneumatic diaphragm pump (stable ink supply with filter), cylinder-type brake (phase fixing), and mechanical oil pump (circulating lubrication).
C.Slotting Section
1.Features a new-type wire pressing wheel (protects cardboard plasticity) and Φ280 base knife (synchronized axial adjustment for slotting knives).
2.Equipped with a digital-display planetary gear phase adjustment mechanism (electric slotting phase control), 7mm alloy steel slotting cutters, and multi-point adjustment buttons on the operation panel.
3.Pressing line/knife shaft rollers: Φ110/Φ156 seamless steel pipes (hard-chrome-plated for durability).
